Root3d is all about coming back to your foundation, to your roots.

We believe that in order to be good to those around us, we first have to care of the 3 dimensions of the self: the mind, body, and spirit. We also believe this self healing is not for the few but for EVERYBODY regardless of race, body type, or financial status.

Root3d does not have any gurus; we are here to help you figure it out but know that you essentially have the answers you need. Through yoga, meditation, workshops, and talk therapy, Root3d’s offerings help you remove blockages and find a steady balance in your life, so you can feel fully connected to this unpredictable, crazy, and exciting life.

Imagine moments where your mind is no longer racing. Where all the thoughts and memories that make you feel like shit slow down long enough for you to actually listen to the flow of your breath and the movement of your body, and to feel a sense of calm.

This is what yoga can provide. It's okay if you can't touch your toes. It's okay if you've never tried it before! We'll figure it out together; yoga is accessible for everybody.

How many times have you held in something that you're going through for fear of others' reactions? Talk therapy is a place where you can literally say WHATEVER is on your mind. This can be a place for self reflection, self improvement, or just a chance to finally have a place that's just for you to express your story.

Don't imagine a monk sitting in the mountains somewhere with their legs crossed; because that's not always what meditation looks like! Meditation can be done in really simple ways that we can incorporate into your daily commute, into the daily dish washing moments, or even into the most boring moments of your day. We will find ways to tune into the present moment and let go of the mental chatter. Meditation can help with anxiety, irritability, and developing control over how we respond to our emotions.
